My name is Matt Froehlich, and I have been working in IT-related roles for more than a decade. Throughout all of those years, I’ve often run into one problem I hadn’t been able to fix: people being overcharged for repairs. While I agree with the adage, “You’re paying for the experience,” I firmly believe you shouldn’t be overpaying. My only goal is to take care of your problems without the added stress of an exorbitant invoice.

I will do everything in my power to get you back to working order, and if I’m not able to do so, I’ll help you find someone who can. While I’d love to be the one working with you, my aim isn’t to make sure I’m the one getting your money. I just want you to be able to use your computer or access your documents again.
